Lazy Creek Ranch Holdings LLC, is a limited liability company designed as a holding unit for
various assets. The primary assets include residential real estate development, and an
equestrian division consisting of some of the finest Hunter/Jumper horses in the Country. All
assets included within the corporation are purchased, improved, and intended for resale.

The Real Estate Division of LCR Holdings currently holds lots and homes available for sale
on Possum Kingdom Lake an hour and half west of Forth Worth, TX.

Called by many “the most beautiful lake in Texas”, Possum Kingdom lake was formed by the
damming of the Brazos river, and includes year round recreational facilities including golf,
